Inter president Steven Zhang has caused a stir after being paired with the ex-wife of former AC Milan midfielder Kevin Prince-Boateng, Melissa Satta.
As reported in today’s newspaper edition of Tuttosport, Zhang and Satta have been exchanging messages on social media, with the latter congratulating the Nerazzurri president following Inter’s 3-0 win over Milan in the Supercoppa Italiana in Riyadh on Wednesday.
Satta had been married to Boateng until 2020, and has been single since breaking up with entrepreneur Mattia Rivetti in October, whilst she had previously been in a relationship with former Inter and Milan striker Christian Vieri.
Whilst the message of congratulations may seem little more than a courtesy, it is reported that Zhang and Satta have struck up a close friendship and have shared posts showing them in Miami together in December.
Zhang has been at the helm of Inter since October 2018, following the buyout of the club by Chinese retail conglomerate Suning in 2016, of which his father Zhang Jindong is the founder and honorary chairman.
