Inter wingback Robin Gosens took to Social Media to continue the celebrations after helping the club to lift the Supercoppa Italiana on Wednesday.
The Nerazzurri overcame city rivals AC Milan in style, with a 3-0 win at the King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh ensuring that the first piece of silverware of the season went to Inter.
Gosens was a second half substitute in Saudi Arabia and was delighted to have earned his second trophy in Inter colours, after the Coppa Italia last season, posting on Instagram: “To win a title is a very special feeling! In the end, it’s hard work, passion and dedication that make the difference.
“It’s not always easy and in tough times you have to be patient and work even harder. What I have learned is: in the end you always get what you deserve!”
