Empoli wingback Fabiano Parisi could emerge as a major target for Inter in the event that Robin Gosens leaves the club.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who note that there is already a well-established history of transfers between the two clubs.
Parisi has emerged as a top talent on the left flank for Empoli over the past couple of seasons in Serie A.
This has meant that the young wingback has come onto the radar of Inter for some time, although the Nerazzurri are far from the only club interested in his signature.
Should Gosens leave as early as next summer, then the Nerazzurri would go looking for a replacement for the German, and according to Tuttosport Parisi would be one of the first names on their list.
If Inter are to go after Parisi, they could hope to rely on positive relations with Empoli in getting a deal done.
The Nerazzurri signed Kristjan Asllani from Empoli over the summer, whilst they have sent two strikers on loan to Tuscany over the past couple of seasons, in the form of Andrea Pinamonti and Martin Satriano.
