There have not been any contacts between Inter and Paris Saint-Germain regarding a possible sale of defender Milan Skriniar this month as of yet.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reported live on air this afternoon via FCInter1908 that no negotiations have started on a potential transfer of the 27-year-old for a fee rather than a summer departure on a free transfer.

After Skriniar all but confirmed that he plans to leave Inter on a free transfer at the end of the season, with PSG far and away the most likely destination, speculation has arisen that a sale could take place this month if the Nerazzurri wish to cash in while they have the chance.

However, according to Di Marzio there have been no talks between Inter and PSG about a sale to date.

For now, the situation remains that Skriniar is headed towards the end of his contract at Inter when the season concludes.
