Inter striker Eddie Salcedo is set to join Serie B club Sudtirol on loan for the rest of the season after having his loan spell with Bari ended prematurely.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 21-year-old will make the switch within the Serie B as Bari look to sign another Inter striker in the form of Sebastiano Esposito.

Salcedo joined Bari on a season-long loan deal during last summer transfer window, having spent the previous three seasons on loan in Serie A with the likes of Hellas Verona and Spezia.

However, the Puglians look ready to move on from the Italian youth international, as they have agreed a deal with Inter to sign Esposito on loan for the rest of the campaign.

According to FCInterNews, it is Sudtirol who are on the verge of getting a deal done to loan Salcedo until the end of the campaign.
