Over 50,000 spectators are set to be in attendance for this evening’s Coppa Italia quarterfinal match between Inter and Atalanta at the San Siro.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that whilst the match will not be close to a sellout, it should still draw a very sizable crowd for a weekday evening fixture in the Coppa Italia.

Inter are set to host Atalanta this evening where they will hope to take the step into the semifinals of the Coppa Italia, a competition that they won last season.

After the round of sixteen clash with Parma earlier this month needed extra time and some unexpected drama for the Nerazzurri to progress, things are only heating up in this round of the competition.

There should be no shortage of support and atmosphere at the San Siro this evening, as Tuttosport report that over 50,000 spectators are anticipated.
