AC Milan are set to have to do without defender Fiyako Tomori and midfielder Ismael Bennacer for the derby clash against Inter in Serie A on Sunday.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that Rossoneri coach Stefano Pioli is set to use a 4-3-3 formation for the match, and that the likes of Simon Kjaer and Rade Krunic will start.

Tomori and Bennacer had both been injury doubts for the Rossoneri heading into the second league derby of the season, and according to the Gazzetta both will miss out.

In defense, the newspaper reports, it will be Kjaer who starts in place of Tomori rather than Matteo Gabbia.

Meanwhile, in midfield, the Gazzetta predicts that Rossoneri coach Pioli will opt for a three-man unit, with Krunic playing on the left of Sandro Tonali.

On the right of midfield, meanwhile, the likes of Tommaso Pobega and Aster Vranckx will both be in contention to start.
