Inter defender Milan Skriniar is likely to start for the Nerazzurri in this Sunday’s derby clash with AC Milan in Serie A.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report that the 27-year-old is the favourite to start on the right side of the defense, with Matteo Darmian to move back to the wingback position.

Skriniar was left out of Inter’s starting eleven for Tuesday evening’s Coppa Italia match against Atalanta due to the speculation surrounding his move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Meanwhile, the Slovakian had already missed out on the Nerazzurri’s last league match away to Cremonese through suspension after having been sent off against Empoli.

However, according to Sky, it is likely that Skriniar will start for the Nerazzurri in the derby.

With the former Sampdoria defender making his return, the broadcaster reports that Darmian will be the one to start at right-wingback against Milan.
