This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report that Romelu Lukaku could be used off the bench against the Rossoneri on Sunday.
Inter coach Simone Inzaghi is starting to firm up his selection decisions for the derby on Sunday based on what he’s been seeing in training.
According to Sky, the coach is leaning strongly towards Dzeko and Martinez as the strike partnership in the starting eleven.
Lukaku gave a very positive sign with his display against Atalanta in the Coppa Italia over the week, particularly in the second half.
This means that it is very likely that the Belgian will be seen at some point against Milan.
However, Sky reports, this will likely be from the bench, as Nerazzurri coach Inzaghi is likely planning to start Martinez and Dzeko.
