Inter still consider wingback Denzel Dumfries to be very much up for sale when the summer transfer window opens despite not having moved the Dutchman on during the January window.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are still ready to listen to offers for the 26-year-old former PSV wingback after having kept hold of him last month.

Inter are still in need of a transfer fee from a big sale to make up the reported target of a €60 million net profit for the fiscal year ending in June, and Dumfries remains the top candidate for a sale.

The 26-year-old had even been linked with a possible move away during the January window, in the event that any clubs came forward with the right offer for him.

In the end, no serious interest was registered despite a number of clubs being keen on Dumfries, and so the Dutchman remains an Inter player until at least the end of the current season.

However, the Corriere della Sera reports, the Nerazzurri will be ready to look for buyers again in June.
