Marcelo Brozovic’s Entourage Make Midfielder’s Commitment To Inter Milan Clear Despite Transfer Rumours, Italian Media Report

The entourage of Inter midfielder Marcelo Brozovic have made clear that the 30-year-old remains fully committed to the Nerazzurri despite some transfer rumours surrounding his future.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInter1908, who report that the Croat’s representatives have clearly communicated to the Nerazzurri that he is keen to earn his starting spot in the team again after he returns from injury.
This season, Brozovic has found his playing time limited by injury, having suffered a thigh injury that ruled him out after the September international break, and then a calf problem which has caused all of the team’s matches since the winter break so far.
However, the 30-year-old is close to being back to fitness again.
The fact that Brozovic has been ably replaced in the lineup by Hakan Calhanoglu whilst he has been out injured, while Kristjan Asllani is also waiting in the wings in his position, has led to some suggestions that the Croat is not as indispensable to the team as he once was.
Meanwhile, there are also rumours that Brozovic could be cashed in on in the summer, if the right offer is to come along.
For his part, however, the Croat’s focus remains on Inter, and his representatives have communicated to the club that his only priority is re-earning his place in the starting eleven.
