The injury that Inter forward Joaquin Correa has picked up is to his right thigh flexor muscle.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, who report on the nature of the injury that the 28-year-old has suffered which will cause him to miss out on tomorrow evening’s Serie A clash with AC Milan.

It has been widely reported that Correa will be out of Inter’s squad for tomorrow evening’s Milan derby.

The Argentine former Lazio and Sampdoria player picked up a muscle problem in today’s training session.

According to Sky, the specific issue that Correa has suffered from his a strain to the thigh flexor muscles on his right leg.

It is not yet known how serious the injury, or for how long the 28-year-old out will be out as he recovers from the problem.
