Inter will receive a sell-on fee of at least €2.25 million on the transfer of midfielder Zaniolo from Roma to Galatasaray, which has now been made official.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that after the 23-year-old was unveiled as a Galatsaray player at a stated transfer fee of €15 million before any add-ons, the Nerazzurri will receive €2.25 million due to the sell-on clause of 15% that they had agreed with Roma in 2018.

Zaniolo is now a Galatsaray player.

The former Nerazzurri youth player has completed the move from the Giallorossi to the Istanbul-based club, who have announced the fee in the deal at €15 million.

It has also been widely reported that there are add-ons in the deal between Roma and Galatasaray, but the Turkish side do not specify this.

However, of the guaranteed amount of €15 million, which will be paid in five instalments, Inter will receive 15%, which comes to €2.25 million.
