Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez are likely to be the starting pair in attack for Inter in Monday evening’s Serie A match against Sampdoria.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will have three main doubts as far as his starting eleven for the match.

Lukaku is very likely to start on Monday, and it will come down to Martinez and Edin Dzeko to start alongside the Belgian, with the Argentine the favourite to do so.

In midfield, Marcelo Brozovic is the favourite to make his first start for Inter in almost five months, although Henrikh Mkhitaryan is also a candidate.

Lastly, on the right flank, it is Denzel Dumfries who is favourite to start against the Blucerchiati, with Matteo Darmian likely to drop to the bench.

The Gazzetta’s complete predicted eleven for the match is as follows:

Inter (3-5-2): Onana; Skriniar, Acerbi, Bastoni; Darmian, Barella, Brozovic, Calhanoglu, Dimarco; Lukaku, Lautaro.
