Inter’s pursuit of Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie would not be straightforward given the financial restrictions that they face, but these could be overcome by structuring the deal as an initial loan.

This is highlighted in today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri would be ready to try and reach an agreement with Barcelona on a loan deal containing a purchase option to make a transfer of the 26-year-old within reach.

Kessie is a player who has been on Inter’s radar for some time, and the fact that the former AC Milan man is currently out of favour at Barcelona could well mean that he is on the market.

The Nerazzurri have reportedly been closely following the Ivorian’s situation, although any deal for him would be far from straightforward.

According to Tuttosport, however, the Blaugranas could be open to an initial loan deal for Kessie, which would mean that Inter could sign the midfielder despite their ongoing financial problems.
