Italian journalist Alessandro Bonan feels that the way that Inter fans seem to have turned against coach Simone Inzaghi is too harsh on the coach.
Speaking to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInter1908, Bonan stressed that whilst criticism of a coach is always fair, the way that it seems to have come en masse has not been warranted by the job Inzaghi is doing.
If Inzaghi has always been the subject of some doubts as Inter coach, it has been in the past couple days that these doubts seem to have taken a new form.
Inter ultras group the Curva Nord released a statement publicly criticizing the coach for his tactical approach in the goalless draw with Sampdoria on Monday.
Moreover, reports have suggested that the 46-year-old’s future could be at risk if he does not find a way to get the team back on track soon.
“I don’t like to see the way the fans are criticizing Inzaghi at Inter,” Bonan argued.
“It’s fine to criticize, but more spontaneous and not in these organized forms,” he continued.
The journalist argued that “Inzaghi is putting absolutely all his effort into the Nerazzurri.”
