Porto coach Sergio Conceicao believes that his team are capable of reaching the quarterfinals of the Champions League from their round of sixteen tie against Inter.
Speaking in a press conference, via FCInterNews, the Portuguese coach stressed the view that the important thing is that they believe in it, and that they have the quality to make anything happen.
It would be hard to say that either Inter or Porto are the favourites going into their Champions League round of sixteen clashes.
Certainly the Nerazzurri will feel that they can impose themselves at the San Siro in the first leg of the tie on Wednesday.
However, Porto have shown a real knack for negotiating these kinds of challenges in Europe under Conceicao.
For his part, the coach wants his side to feel confident, and doesn’t hold back in stating that he believes that it’s possible.
“We know that we’re capable of beating Inter,” Conceicao said ahead of the tie.
“We have to dream, that’s a part of life,” he added.
