Inter have joined city rivals AC Milan in tracking Salernitana goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa with a view to a move in the summer.

As reported by TuttoSalernitana.com, the Mexico international could be ready to move on from Salernitana already after losing his place in the team, despite a string of important saves since his arrival in January.

Milan have made the first move and have proposed a one-year contract to Ochoa, with the option of a second, whilst the wages on offer are higher than his current salary.

However, Inter are also considering making an approach for him as they seek an experienced replacement for Samir Handanovic.

With the Slovenian expected to leave when his contract expires in the summer, Inter are on the lookout for a back-up to Andre Onana and would consider Ochoa as an option.

The 37-year-old is vastly experienced and has won 134 caps for Mexico, representing his country at five World Cups.
