Football analytical experts Opta took to Social Media to highlight Inter’s poor result against Bologna in Serie A yesterday, as they fell to consecutive defeats to the Rossoblu.

A second half Riccardo Orsolini goal gave the hosts all three points at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara, after they had beaten the Nerazzurri 2-1 in April last season.

As highlighted by Opta, it was the first time that Bologna had recorded back-to-back league wins over Inter since 1999.

“2 – Bologna have won two consecutive Serie A games against Inter at Dall’Ara for the first time since 1999. Repetition,” Opta tweeted.
