Inter have yet to receive any of the €24 million total amount owed by main shirt sponsor DigitalBits on the deal with the cryptocurrency company for this season.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, who report that none of the three €8 million instalments owed by the company have been paid, with the club confirming that the payments have not been received, and that they reserve the right to take all appropriate action.

Given the difficulties in the cryptocurrency sector, DigitalBits have not been able to make the payments on their main shirt sponsorship deal with Inter, as has been widely reported.

The company had made a €5 million payment on their sleeve sponsorship deal with the Nerazzurri for last season, although they failed to make a payment of €1.6 million in performance-related add-ons.

This time around, the company have failed to make any of the three €8 million instalments for the season, and have also missed €1.5 million in performance-related add-ons.
