The first hearing in a major lawsuit by Chinese bank Chinese Construction Bank against Inter President Steven Zhang will be held next week.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the first hearing in the €300 million laawsuit will be held at a court in Milan, whilst another hearing is set to be held in the US later this month.

Chinese Construction Bank have been seeking to collect on unpaid debts that Zhang has been ordered to pay, and in this sense they are alleging that the Nerazzurri President has hidden assets.

According to Tuttosport, the hearing set for March 8 will be centred around the Chinese bank’s seeking to invalidate a salary waiver that the President has with Inter, in the hopes of collecting on some assets.

Furthermore, later this month there will be a further hearing held in the US relevant to some of Zhang’s business dealings there.
