Inter would be ready to offer midfielder Giovanni Fabbian plus cash to Atalanta in order to get a deal done for defender Giorgio Scalvini.

This according to Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, who report that the Nerazzurri would see the 19-year-old as a “dream signing” and would be willing to offer Fabbian in order to meet the €40 million minimum asking price to bring him in.

Fabbian has emerged as a genuine target for Inter, with TMW also reporting that the defender’s ability to play in midfield would make him an even more serious target for the Nerazzurri.

Signing the young defender would not be easy for the Nerazzurri on a financial level, given that Atalanta have made the asking price for him clear.

However, TMW report that Inter CEO Beppe Marotta is hopeful that the inclusion of young midfielder Fabbian, currently shining on loan at Reggina, would be enough to convince La Dea.
