Inter could decide to sell midfielder Marcelo Brozovic during the upcoming summer transfer window due to also having Hakan Calhanoglu and Kristjan Asllani in the squad.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the emergence of Calhanoglu in particular as a regista has meant that the Nerazzurri would be open to listening to offers for the Croat.

If Brozovic had come into this season as one of Inter’s “unsellable” players, the way that the campaign has unfolded has upended things significantly.

The 30-year-old has missed a large chunk of the season through injury, and in his place Calhanoglu has been used as the first-choice regista where he has really thrived.

Apart from Calhanoglu, the Nerazzurri also have complete faith in Asllani in the future of the role.

Accordingly, the Corriere reports, Calhanoglu could well be on his way this summer if the right offer arrives.
