Inter are still confident that young midfielder Kristjan Asllani will have an important role to play at the club for the future, despite the fact that he has found playing time very hard to come by this season.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInter1908, who report that there remains total faith in the former Empoli midfielder even despite the fact that he has not gotten on the pitch in the past four matches.
Asllani has hardly been a key first-team regular at Inter this season, with the 20-year-old having only made a handful of starting and substitute appearances since joining in the summer from Empoli.
However, the Albanian remains a key part of the future plans for the Nerazzurri.
Asllani is seen as a player who has absolutely everything necessary to grow into a first-team regular at Inter, and on the club’s part there is no doubt that they want to keep hold of the 20-year-old.
