Turkish Airlines have emerged as the likeliest candidate to take the place of Inter’s main shirt sponsor starting next season.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Il Giorno, via FCInter1908, who report that the Nerazzurri are seeking a total of around €30 million per season from any new deal, whilst LeoVegas are also in the running but would be contingent on a change to regulations.
Inter are starting to intensify their search for a new sponsor to replace DigitalBits starting next season as the main sponsor on the team’s shirt.
Whilst none of the negotiations are yet close to an agreement, Il Giorno report that the talks with Turkish Airlines are serious, and the airline have become the likeliest candidate at present.
Meanwhile, betting company LeoVegas are also a serious candidate, although they would require a change to Italian regulations, as they could not take over as long as Italian laws prohibit gambling sponsorships.
