Inter could offer midfielder Giovanni Fabbian and striker Martin Satriano to Atalanta as part of a deal for defender Giorgio Scalvini.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that Scalvini remains a major target for the Nerazzurri and that the offer of a player-plus-cash swap deal could be their strategy to land him.

There is little doubt that Scalvini will have a hefty price tag on his head this summer given his performances this season, and the amount of interest in his signature.

In this sense, it could be difficult for Inter to move for the La Dea defender given their financial situation.

However, the Nerazzurri could look to use Atalanta’s interest in a couple of young players who they have under contract in order to get a deal done for the 19-year-old.

According to the Gazzetta, both Satriano and Fabbian are players who Inter would be ready to offer as part of a deal for Scalvini.
