Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi is set to leave the decision on whether or not defender Milan Skriniar will be called up to face Porto tomorrow until after today’s training session.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the coach will observe the Slovakian in training today and then make his decision on the player’s fitness for the Champions League round of sixteen second leg.

Skriniar is now all but recovered from a back injury that caused the 28-year-old former Sampdoria defender to miss out on the Nerazzurri’s past three matches in Serie A.

However, the player’s match-fitness remains a big doubt for tomorrow evening’s match away to Porto, whether it is in terms of his availability to play from the start or be on the bench.

Inzaghi has yet to reach a conclusive decision, but this should arrive after today’s training session.
