Inter are set to have an absolutely jam-packed fixture list next month when they return from the international break, with the team still engaged on all fronts.

This is highlighted by Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, via FCInterNews, who note that the Nerazzurri will essentially be playing twice a week throughout the month of April, and that few matches will be anything less than massively important for the team’s season.

Inter will have their Serie A commitments resume next month once they are back from the international break, but they will also have to squeeze in knockout matches in two different cup competitions.

Domestically, the Nerazzurri will return to Coppa Italia action against Juventus in the first of two semifinal matches, in only their second match back from the break, on April 4.

Between that match and the first of two legs against Benfica in the Champions League quarterfinal stage, the Nerazzurri will face Salernitana in the league.

In between the two matches against Benfica, which are scheduled in the space of just a week, Inter will face Monza at the San Siro in the Serie A.

As the Gazzetta notes, Inter are set that that match be moved ahead to Saaturday, April 15 from Sunday, April 16, simply so that they have more time to prepare for the second leg of their match against Benfica.

Then, on April 26, the Nerazzurri will play the second leg of their semifinal tie against Juventus in the Coppa Italia.

In the space of less than four weeks, Inter will play two two-legged ties in the Coppa Italia and the Champions League which determine whether they move on in those competitions, whilst the league fixtures during that period will go a long way towards determining their table position at the end of the season.
