Inter are ready to join AC Milan in the race to sign 23-year-old Lens striker Lois Openda.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri have been tracking the Belgian international since he was at Club Brugge and consider him a target in the summer transfer window.

Openda has come onto AC Milan’s radar as an attacking target for the summer transfer based on his form for Lens in Ligue 1 this season, for whom he has scored fourteen goals in 28 league matches.

However, the Rossoneri could face competition from their city rivals Inter for the Belgian’s signature.

According to Tuttosport, Openda has been a target for the Nerazzurri whilst he was a Brugge player, before making the move to Lens during last summer transfer window.

Inter would be potentially ready to step up their pursuit as they aim to revitalize their attack this summer.
