Inter are keen on Bologna winger Riccardo Orsolini as a possible replacement for Joaquin Correa in the summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are targeting the 24-year-old as a replacement for Correa particularly in the event that he does not extend his contract with the Rossoblu.

Correa looks set for a departure from Inter in the summer one way or another.

Accordingly, there will be a spot open in the Nerazzurri’s attack, and Orsolini is one of the players seriously on their radar to fill it.

Inter have already made inquiries with the 24-year-old’s representatives, although given that it had looked as though Orsolini was close to signing a new deal they had expected that they may miss out.

However, negotiations between Orsolini and Bologna have stalled, meaning that the Nerazzurri could have a chance.

The winger’s contract with the Rossoblu runs out at the end of June 2024, and should he not sign an extension then Inter could well be in a position to move for him this summer.
