Inter-linked Bologna winger Riccardo Orsolini is set to meet with the Rossoblu for contract extension talks.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the 24-year-old’s agent will be at the Emilian club’s headquarters today, with the club aiming to secure his future past the end of June 2024.

The fact that Orsolini’s current contract with Bologna is set to run out at the end of June 2024 is one of the main factors that could allow Inter to swoop and sign him.

However, if the Rossoblu were to convince the player and his representatives to agree an extension, then it would likely take him out of sight for the Nerazzurri.

According to the Corriere, Orsolini’s agent Michelangero Minieri will be at the Rossoblu’s headquarters today where he will meet with Bologna Tehcnical Director Giovanni Sartori.

The newspaper report that it is not likely that a new deal will be signed imminently, but that Orsolini could put pen to paper within the next couple of days.
