The entire month of April is set to present a massive test for Inter, with the team fighting on three fronts.

This is highlighted in today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who highlight how the Nerazzurri’s issues with consistency and focus will be pitted against nine matches in the course of just thirty days.

Five Serie A matches next month will go some way towards determining whether Inter reach their objective of finishing in the top four of the league table or not.

Meanwhile, two two-legged knockout ties, against Juventus in the semifinals of the Coppa Italia and Benfica in the quarterfinals of the Champions League, will punctuate the Nerazzurri’s league commitments.

Over the course of these nine matches in total, Inter could finally get a real grip on their season, and progress in two knockout competitions to boot.

On the other hand, if coach Simone Inzaghi and the squad aren’t up to the challenge of this gauntlet of matches, Inter’s season could really come off the rails in the course of just one month.
