Inter striker Lautaro Martinez is set to return to training with his club on Thursday, after he is finished with international duty with Argentina.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the 25-year-old is expected to be back two days before Saturday evening’s Serie A match against Fiorentina.

Martinez still has one more match to play his national team, as the Albiceleste face off against Curacao tonight.

However, after that match it will be straight back to Milan to get back to training with his club teammates for Martinez, as well as for Valentin Carboni.

Meanwhile, the Gazzetta reports that all of the other players in the squad will be available in training, apart from Milan Skriniar who is still recovering with a back injury.

However, since that report, midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu picked up a muscle problem whilst on international duty with Turkey, and it will remain to be seen how serious the issue is and how it affects his availability.
