Juventus coach Max Allegri has provided fitness updates on two key players for the Bianconeri ahead of tomorrow evening’s Coppa Italia semifinal second leg match against Inter, namely midfielder Paul Pogba and striker Dusan Vlahovic.

Speaking in a press conference ahead of the match, as reported by FCInterNews, the Bianconeri coach explained that the Frenchman will certainly be fit, whilst with the Serb it would be tougher to see him being ready.

Juventus are just over 24 hours away from playing the second leg of their Coppa Italia semifinal second leg match against Inter, the team who had beaten them in the final of last season’s edition of the competition.

Given that the first leg of the semifinal tie earlier this month finished in a 1-1 draw, it looks very evenly-poised as to which of the two will go through to the final to face either Fiorentina or Cremonese.

The fitness of key players for the two sides could prove to be key, whilst both of the pair will be without one player through suspension, with Inter missing captain Samir Handanovic and Juventus having to do without Juan Cuadrado following an altercation between the two.

“Today Dusan Vlahovic suffered an ankle sprain so it’s tough to see him being ready tomorrow,” Allegri said.

“Moise Kean will also be out for sure, we hope to have him back in about ten days.”

“Between Milik, Chiesa, and Di Maria tomorrow, I’ll decide whether all three will start or just two of them, because I’ll also need players available as substitutes.”

“Paul Pogba is doing better and tomorrow he’ll be able to play part of the match,” Allegri explained.

Allegri also gave the hope that “Tomorrow will be a peaceful match, I hope everything goes smoothly because at the end of the day it’s still just a football match.”
