Fabrizio Ravanelli predicts Romelu Lukaku will not be starting as part of Inter’s front line in the crucial clash against local rivals AC Milan in the UEFA Champions League semi final.

The former Juventus and Lazio striker argued this point on Sportmediaset’s Pressing on Sunday night after Inter’s victory over Lazio this past weekend , as reported by FcInter1908.it.

Ravanelli believes that the close relationship between strikers Lautaro Martinez and  Edin Dzeko will put them ahead of  Romelu Lukaku in Simone Inzaghi’s starting lineup in the UEFA Champions League semi final match against city rivals AC Milan.

The 1990s Italian national team star also praised Inter’s recent form and their display against Lazio, as he mentioned that playing against the Nerazzurri is ‘a problem’ at this stage of the season.

“In my opinion, Lautaro and Dzeko will play against Milan. They know how to play football together and they have a good connection. I don’t think Lukaku will start.

“Inter has found its form again, played a good game against Lazio and deserved to win. It’s a problem for everyone to face Inter now,” Ravanelli concluded.
