The Nerazzurri are not worry about the severity of the muscle injury to Italian defender Danilo D’Ambrosio.

This according to the report from the Milan-based daily newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, as reported by FCInterNews.it.

The Italian newspaper stated that the former Torino defender left the game against Hellas Verona yesterday, where the Nerazzurri won 6-0, as a precaution.

The Inter defender trained separately from his teammates because his muscle injury is considered to be light muscle fatigue.

“His situation at this moment is not particularly worrying and that he will monitored in the coming hours”, wrote La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Danilo D’Ambrosio has made 12 appearances so far for Inter, where he has collected 1 assist, 3 yellow cards and 1 red card.

The Nerazzurri are scheduled to play against Jose Mourinho’s Roma on Saturday at the Stadio Olimplico in Rome at 1800 CET.
