Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio reveals that Inter Milan have set a price tag of €50 million in order to let goalkeeper Andre Onana leave this summer.

Gianluca Di Marzio revealed as much live in air on Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia as reported via Milan based Inter Milan site FCInter1908.

According to Di Marzio the Nerazzurri will not let the former Ajax goalkeeper leave unless they get at least €50 million in cash.

“Inter will not settle for less than €50 million for Onana and he arrived on a free transfer,” said Di Marzio.

The Italian journalist is confident that Lautaro Martinez will stay with the Nerazzurri and that the rest of Inter Milan’s summer transfer campaign will depend on Romelu Lukaku.

“Lautaro will certainly stay, but questions surround Lukaku if Inter will renew his loan. If it is not renewed, the club will need a striker like Retegui,” concluded Di Marzio.

Andre Onana arrived at Inter on a free transfer after his contract with Ajax expired in June 2022. The player signed a five year contract with the Nerazzurri and he has made twenty-two appearances so far this season.

Chelsea-owned Romelu Lukaku has made twenty-one appearances so far this season and scored six goals, even though the Belgian striker missed five UEFA Champions League and twelve Serie A games due to injury between the months of October to January.
