Inter Milan striker Edin Dzeko is beaming with pride after the Nerazzurri reached the Champions League final against Man City.

The Nerazzurri have booked their place by winning their semifinal tie against city rivals AC Milan. Lautaro Martinez scored in the second leg to wrap up a 3-0 win over AC Milan.

Now, the Nerazzurri will await Manchester City in Istanbul next month.

The final could mean something even more to Inter Milan striker Edin Dzeko. The Bosnian is a former Man City man himself, and will be hungry to get one over on his old side.

Dzeko posted a picture of his past and future on his Instagram account.
