The Nerazzurri knew it wouldn’t be easy, and it wasn’t.
However, even despite going behind early on, Inter won 2-1 thanks to a brace from Martinez.
Now, after having won the Coppa Italia last season by beating Juventus in the final, the Nerazzurri have made it two in a row in the competition.
Inter Milan Vice-President Javier Zanetti celebrated the Coppa Italia triumph in a post on his Instagram account with the caption: “Another magical night, another trophy, another joy for all of us and our fans…”
