Edin Dzeko is set to start in tomorrow evening’s Serie A clash between Torino and Inter Milan.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Bosnian will lead the line tomorrow evening alongside Lautaro Martinez.

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has a number of decisions to make as far as the starting eleven tomorrow evening.

Therefore, the Nerazzurri boss is keen to rest some key starters ahead of the Champions League final against Manchester City.

However, he could still aim to play a strong team capable of beating the Granata. One of the main decisions that Inzaghi has to make concerns the attacking duo. According to the Corriere, Martinez will start.

Inzaghi will therefore choose between Edin Dzeko and Romelu Lukaku to start longside the Argentine.

Edin Dzeko To Start In Torino Vs Inter Milan Clash

The Corriere anticipate that Dzeko will be the one to start.

Tomorrow’s match could be a chance for the Bosnian to stake his claim on a starting spot in the Champions League final against Man City.

By the same token, Romelu Lukaku could do so off the bench. If the Belgian comes on as a substitute, he too has the chance to try and prove to Inzaghi that he should start against City.

Meanwhile, the Corriere predicts a rotated Inter starting eleven all over the pitch.

Furthermore, the newspaper reports that defenders Danilo D’Ambrosio and Stefan de Vrij are favourites to start in the back three. On the left, Robin Gosens will start.

Moreover in midfield, the Corriere expects that Marcelo Brozovic and Roberto Gagliardini will start alongside Kristjan Asllani.

The Gazzetta’s complete predicted Inter starting eleven for the match is as follows:

Inter Milan (3-5-2): Handanovic; D’Ambrosio, De Vrij, Bastoni; Bellanova, Gagliardini, Brozovic, Asllani, Gosens; Dzeko, Lautaro.
