Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana feels that Man City will be feeling the pressure even more than the Nerazzurri in this weekend’s Champions League final.

Speaking to Dutch news outlet Voetbal International, via FCInterNews, the 27-year-old called the final a “once in a lifetime opportunity.”

Both Inter and Manchester City will naturally have plenty of reason to want to win this weekend’s Champions League final.

For the Nerazzurri, it would be an opportunity to turn around what has been a tough season. The Nerazzurri have had to endure a real rollercoaster campaign, particularly in Serie A.

However, if they were to win European club football’s biggest prize, they would end the season by writing their names in the history books, winning the Champions League for only the fourth time in the club’s history.

Meanwhile, for City, this would be the very first time getting their hands on the trophy if they win it.

The Cityzens have come close in recent seasons.

Last campaign, they reached the semifinals of the competition, the second time they’ve done so this decade.

Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola’s men reached the final of the competition in 2021. However, they lost that final to Chelsea.

In the view of Inter keeper Onana, City will be feeling this unique pressure even more than Inter are.
