In their attempts to bolster the backline, Inter Milan have reportedly scheduled a meeting with the agents of young German defender Yann Bisseck.

This summer, the Nerazzurri will be looking to strengthen their defensive department. The club will have to replace Milan Skriniar who had been an absolute stalwart at the back in recent years.

The Slovakian will join Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent following the expiry of his contract with the Nerazzurri.

Therefore, Inter Milan have reportedly set their sights on Yann Bisseck. The young defender currently features for Germany U21.

The 22-year-old started his career at Koln’s youth academy. Last summer, he joined Aarhus GF, a club that competes in Denmark’s first tier.

Nevertheless, the up-and-coming centre-back still managed to attract suitors with his impressive displays at the back.

According to Sky Sport via FcInterNews, Inter Milan have scheduled a meeting with the agents of Yann Bisseck. The summit should ensue in the next 24 hours.

The young defender also has a knack for scoring goals. In his 35 appearances across all competitions this season, he contributed with five goals and three assists.

On another note, the source expects Inter to confirm Stefan de Vrij and Francesco Acerbi for next season.

The Dutchman should sign a contract extension in the next few days, while the Italian international should complete a permanent transfer from Lazio to Inter after spending last season on loan at the Giuseppe Meazza.
