Inter Milan are willing to trigger the release clause of Yann Bisseck who arrive to bolster Simone Inzaghi’s backline.

As we reported earlier today, the Nerazzurri have found an agreement in principle with the young German defender.

Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio held a meeting with the player’s representatives on Friday. Following some positive talks, the two parties scheduled another summit in the coming days to finalize the agreement.

The 22-year-old currently plies his trade at Aarhus, a club that competes in the Danish first division.

But apparently, the Beneamata aren’t looking to negotiate a deal with the Danes. Instead, the Italian giants will sign the defender by triggering his release clause.

According to Gianlucadimarzio.com via FcInterNews, Inter Milan will pay 7 million euros to unlock the signing of Yann Bisseck.

The defender started his career at Koln’s youth ranks before embarking on a European tour that saw him represent a host of clubs in various countries.

Last summer, he joined Aarhus, but still managed to gain attention from top suitors despite playing in a relatively small league.

The German also has a knack for scoring, producing five goals and three assists across all competitions last season.

Bisseck would practically replace Milan Skriniar who will leave the club in the summer following the expiry of his contract. The Slovakian will join Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent.
