Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu is very happy that Turkey have beaten Latvia in their EURO 2024 qualifier.
The Nerazzurri is the Turkish national team’s captain, having taken over from Burak Yilmaz last summer. Calhanoglu showed his importance to the national side by leading them to a 3-2 victory to help them to reach the Euros.
There’s still a long way for Turkey to go, but they’ll feel that they have every chance of qualifying.
