Inter Milan will reportedly offer Cagliari the services of two of their youngsters to maintain Raoul Bellanova on a permanent basis.

The 23-year-old spent the last campaign on loan at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium. While his stint started on a slow note, his minutes improved as the season progressed. He even made a second-half cameo in the Champions League final.

But despite the player’s late resurgence, the Nerazzurri are yet to exercise their option to buy the player. The club isn’t willing to spend 7 million euros on the wingback’s services.

However, Sportitalia (via FcInterNews) claims that the Nerazzurri haven’t given up on the player just yet.

The source claims that the Beneamata would like to extend the young man’s spell at Appiano Gentile.

So instead of splashing the cash, Inter are working on a alternative solution. They’ll be hoping to secure Bellanova’s services by offering two of their youngsters as bargaining chips.

Inter Will Try To Maintain Bellanova By Offering Cagliari Two Young Players As Counterparts

The first is French-Cameroonian midfielder Lucien Agoumé. The 21-year-old joined the Nerazzurri in 2019. His current deal runs until 2025.

Last season, he spent the campaign on loan at Sochaux. He made 15 appearances in Ligue 1, contributing with a single assist.

The second youngster who could make the switch to Sardinia is Martin Satriano. The Nacional youth product joined Inter in 2020.

The Uruguayan striker made 31 Serie A appearances in the 2022/23 season while on loan at Empoli. He scored two goals and provided a single assist. His current contract with the Beneamata expires in 2027.
