Inter Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu enjoyed an outstanding 2022-23 season.
After having established himself as an important player for Inter in the previous campaign, this time he made himself even more central.
The Turk was converted into more of a deep-lying playmaker role. This was a new position for Calhanolgu, but he thrived in it.
The 29-year-old continued to provide assists and creative passing, but found himself more at the heart of things defensively.
Inter Milan posted on their official Instagram account to praise Hakan Calhanoglu for his season.
