Inter Milan defender Yann Bisseck admits that he enjoys that he enjoys giving the forwards he’s marking a lot of frustration.

Speaking in his first official interview as a Nerazzurri player, via FCInterNews, the 22-year-old gave fans a preview of the kind of preview he’ll be over the coming seasons.

It’s now official – Inter have completed the signing of Bisseck from Aarhus.

The Germany Under-21 international joins the Nerazzurri on a five-year deal.

Bisseck is not exactly a player with a high profile – he has broken out playing in the Danish top flight.

However, the German’s performances have given plenty of reason for excitement.

Both for Aarhus and for his Under-21 national team, Bisseck has started to look like an assured, increasingly mature defender. And for his part, the 22-year-old enjoys getting the better of individual battles of strikers.

This kind of attitude can be a big asset for Bisseck as he adapts to his new environment. He will need it if he hopes to slot into the Nerazzurri’s back three for this season, and the seasons to come.

Bisseck said that “Every player dreams of being able to play for big clubs. and Inter is one of the biggest clubs in the world.”

“I was very happy,” he said of Inter deciding to sign him. “Obviously I’m also very I’m proud.”

“It’s good for my career that a big club like Inter is interested in a player like me,” the 22-year-old said.

“We’ll see how it goes, I certainly have a lot of confidence and I’m ready to start. I’ll work hard, I’ll have to adapt, particularly because I’ll be facing players of a higher level than I’m used to.”

“But that’s exactly what I want,” Bisseck added. “I’m a competitive player and I can’t wait to get started.”

Asked about what kind of defender he is, Bisseck said that “I like having the ball. I’m a modern defender, I like playing with the ball.”

“And I like to score too,” he added. “But first and foremost I’m a defender. I like tackling, winning the ball back.”

“But what I really enjoy is seeing the frustration in the faces of the forwards I’m making,” Bisseck added.

The German noted that “Last season I played on the left of a back three. And I also wouldn’t have any problems playing on the right since I’m right-footed.”

“I’ll play wherever the coach tells me,” he added.
