Inter Milan and Man United have reached a full agreement on a deal for goalkeeper Andre Onana.

This according to Italian news outlet Gazzetta.it, who report that the deal will happen for a fee of €50 million plus add-ons, and that the announcement is expected some time tomorrow.

As of yet, nothing is official – Onana is still an Inter player.

However, the clock is now ticking. It should not be long at all before the Cameroonian formally makes the switch to Old Trafford.

The two clubs have been working in talks for the past few days to finalize their agreement.

Yesterday saw a conference call between representatives of the two clubs to iron out a final agreement. That did not quite result in the decisive handshake.

However, the Gazzetta report that today, Inter and United have fully agreed the deal.

It is now purely a matter of time before Onana makes the move to United.

Inter & Man United Agree €50M + Add-Ons Fee For Andre Onana

According to the Gazzetta, the Nerazzurri and the Red Devils have reached an agreement on the basis of a €50 million. In addition to this, there are further add-ons in the deal.

The newspaper does not specify the exact amount that the add-ons could reach. Just that United will pay a fixed fee of €50 million.

This is down from Inter’s initial asking price of €60 million in negotiations.

However, United have come up from initial bids of €40 million and €45 million. With add-ons, they have climbed to a final sum that is not too far from what the Nerazzurri were asking to begin with.

Meanwhile, on the player’s end, Onana’s representatives reportedly already met with United on Monday.

They worked out terms on a five-year contract for the 27-year-old former Ajax keeper to make the move to Old Trafford.
