Juan Cuadrado will be part of Inter Milan’s upcoming preseason tour of Japan.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Colombian has gotten up to speed with his new teammates and will be ready to participate in the Nerazzurri’s upcoming preseason tour.

Inter are now close to departing for Japan.

Tomorrow, the Nerazzurri get on the plane to leave for Asia, where they’ll spend a couple of weeks preparing for the new season.

Inter will face the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Al-Nassr in friendly matches.

And the squad is all ready for their excursion. Yesterday, the team played another behind-closed-doors friendly match against Serie B side Pergolettese.

The Nerazzurri won that friendly against the Lombard team by a scoreline of 10-0. As the Gazzetta also highlights, that friendly marked the debuts of new signings Davide Frattesi and Yann Bisseck.

The process of these two new players integrating with the existing squad is now well underway.

And, the Gazzetta notes, so is the the bedding in of another new arrival, in the form of Cuadrado.

Juan Cuadrado Ready To Be Part Of Inter Milan Squad For Japan Tour

Inter only wrapped up the signing of Cuadrado a couple of days ago.

The 35-year-old’s arrival came after what seemed like a whirlwind process. Reports that the former Juventus and Fiorentina man had agreed a one-year contract to join the Nerazzurri on a free transfer only emerged less than a week ago, after negotiations that had gone under the radar.

But Cuadrado has wasted no time in settling in.

After officially signing for Inter last Wednesday, the 35-year-old veteran wingback has been working quickly.

Cuadrado will be fit enough to be part of the tour of Japan.

Moreover, the Colombian has already started integrating with his new teammates. He is starting to get a feel for Inter’s tactical setup and develop chemistry with the rest of the squad.

Inter fans could get their first look at Cuadrado in a Nerazzurri shirt in their upcoming friendlies in Japan.
