Inter Milan are still working on adding four or five new players to Simone Inzaghi’s squad.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport via FcInterNews,  hot days on the transfer market are awaiting the Nerazzurri.

Following their draw against Al-Nassr on Thursday, the squad traveled from Osaka to Tokyo. They will take on Paris Saint-Germain in another friendly test on Tuesday.

As the source explains, Inter Milan Corporate CEO Alessandro Antonello has been serving as the figurehead in the first part of the Japan pre-season.

However, club president Steven Zhang will now join the club’s host in Tokyo along with sporting director Piero Ausilio.

Nevertheless, Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta remained behind in Milano. As the report explains, the 66-year-old will be following all market developments.

The management will be looking to complete Simone Inzaghi’s squad. The source expects the club to make at least four new signings before the end of the transfer market.

Inter Milan Will Sign Four Or Five New Players Before The Closure Of The Summer Transfer Market

The Nerazzurri will certainly add at least one goalkeeper following the departures of Samir Handanovic and Andre Onana. The club should ideally sign a new pair of custodians to make up for the departing duo.

Inter will also sign a new defender. Yann Bisseck has already joined the fold. But the club had already lost the services of Milan Skriniar and Danilo D’Ambrosio who left as free agents.

In midfield, Davide Frattesi joined the club after the departure of Marcelo Brozovic. But the Beneamata could sign one more midfielder to replace Roberto Gagliardini.

Finally, a new attacker will arrive as an alternative to Romelu Lukaku who won’t join the Nerazzurri due to a well-illustrated fallout with the management.
